* Monthly new video content release
* Guest Expert Calls
* Private facebook community for support and inspiration
* Weekly check in's or Q&A with Kristi
* Monthly action steps to help you stay laser focused and take quick action
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
The Client, understood as the person purchasing this Offer, understands the payment for this Offer as outlined below:
1. Membership Fee: A monthly fee, as specified during the sign-up process, will be charged to your provided payment method.
2. Billing Cycle: Your membership fee will be billed on a recurring monthly basis.
3. Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled by you.
4. You commit to paying the monthly membership fee for the duration of your membership.
5. Changes in Membership Fee: The initial monthly investment for your membership will not change unless you cancel and re-join later when the price has increased.
6. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
7. Failed Payments: Failure to process payment may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
8. You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, log in to your account or contact our customer support. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle. After such time, you will lose ALL access to the membership and any resources, trainings, call recordings, and bonuses within.
9. No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for any portion of the monthly membership fee already billed.
10. We reserve the right to terminate your membership for violation of these terms or any applicable laws.


PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
The Client, understood as the person purchasing this Offer, understands that the cost of the Offer is non refundable. Payment must be made in advance of receiving access to the Offer. If your monthly payment fails for any reason, you will immediately lose access to the program content, coaching calls, and Facebook community until the issue has been remedied.

No refunds are available, however you can cancel your membership at any time prior to the next billing date to avoid charges.

DISCLAIMERS
The Client understands that the role of the Health Coach is not to prescribe or assess
micro- and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the Coach, defined Kristi Bowlby LLC,, is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable changes.

The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietitian, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Client is under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor. The Client has chosen to purchase the Offer and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.

The Coach is not responsible and cannot be held liable for accidental pregnancy that may occur after purchasing this Offer if the Client chooses to discontinue use of hormonal birth control during or after the program. This Offer is purely for educational purposes only and is not a guarantee of results.

COPYRIGHTED INFORMATION
The Client agrees to refrain from copying, disclosing, using, selling, or offering for sale any and all of the Offer. The information included in the Offer is for personal use only and cannot be transferred to others, shared for free or for profit, or distributed on any public platform without explicit written permission and additional payment to the Coach.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS
The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children
(where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this Offer. The Client expressly assumes the risks of the offer. The Client releases the Coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the Client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Coach, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the offer, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Coach.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach will keep the Client’s information private, and will not share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.

ARBITRATION, CHOICE OF LAW, AND LIMITED REMEDIES

By purchasing this Offer, and checking the box that you "Agree to the Terms and Conditions" you are confirming that the terms of this Agreement are acceptable. You, the Client, acknowledges that: (1) he/she has received a copy of this letter agreement; (2) he/she has had an opportunity to discuss the contents with the Coach and, if desired, to have it reviewed by an attorney; and (3) the client understands, accepts and agrees to abide by the terms hereof.
